What If I receive a broken item?

If you believe you received a broken item, contact our support team at customerservice@talacrystals.store, and we’ll respond as soon as possible with assistance. If we determine that the item broke during transit, you have seven days upon receiving the item to file a refund at customerservice@talacrystals.store

 

What If I am missing an item?

If you believe you are missing an item, contact our support team at customerservice@talacrystals.store, and we’ll respond as soon as possible with assistance. We can either refund the missing item or we can send you the missing item at no extra cost upon your request.

 

What If I received the wrong order?

If you believe you received the wrong order, contact our support team at customerservice@talacrystals.store, and we’ll respond as soon as possible with assistance. After we get the order details and order references, we will send you the right order at no extra cost. 

Please note: Each stone is unique. This is a natural product; crystals have natural and unique imperfections and blemishes. Also, please expect variations from stone to stone, as every crystal is different in color, texture, and size.
